Here’s the latest
I’m THRILLED to have my dear friend, foodie and fashionista Jeannie Mai, from Fox’s The Real, on the podcast this week. She and I met in the hallways of Comcast where I was working for E! and she, Style Network and occasionally E! We were immediately drawn to one another’s upbeat, positive energy. Though our schedules are hard to juggle, we always make time to break bread and connect our souls. Jeannie is a ball of sunshine and a wonderful human being. I’m delighted she shared her smart, sassy wisdom with all of you on Tell Me Something Good. Take a listen. And try not to smile.
Ps…we’re also on itunes! Download past episodes and listen on the go!

There have been some changes in my life recently. Probably the biggest news is that I’m no longer on Dating Naked. I had a great experience with the show for 2 seasons. I traveled the world, met some amazing people and saw a lot of uncovered body parts. I am grateful it was part of my journey.
I have no idea what’s next in my career and I’m excited to see what comes. I’ve always trusted that this is my path and it’s unfolding exactly as planned, just like yours is. We never know what’s around the corner but I wholeheartedly believe change is good. Change is growth and I’m embracing it. I’ve been focused on acting and have a few movies, including The Thinning and Do Over, coming out this year so stay tuned for that. I’m working hard on my goal of landing a series regular role on a TV show. It’s pilot season, so that’s more of a possibility now than ever. Wish me luck. And never stop dreaming, no matter how many times you get knocked down.
