I often ask myself,”How did I get so lucky??”  During my 4 days in Rio De Janeiro Brazil for the Fast Five junket and premiere, I must’ve asked myself that question a thousand times.  I had the absolute privilege of traveling all the way to South America to interview the sexy stars of Fast Five on behalf of TV Guide’s Hollywood 411.  Tough job right?  My assignment made me the envy friends and colleagues alike.   Not only did I get to sit down and chat with amazing actors like  Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Elsa Pataky, Gal Gadot, Sung Kang, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Matt Schulze, I got to do it in a magical tropical location.  Rio is beyond stunning.  It is a gorgeous city flanked by by turquoise waters and ominous mountains.  The people who inhabit the city are warm, friendly and full of life.  Rio has an infectious energy unmatched by any other city I’ve visited.  It is rich in culture and warmly welcomes visitors who want an authentic experience.

I also had the great pleasure of sharing my whirlwind week with a fantastic crop of reporters.  Check out some of my new friends and their work.  Tiffany Smith, Alicia Malone, Trey Alexander, Matt Zaller, Ian Sobel, Jenna Busch. I love what I do and have to continuously pinch myself that I am able to call this work.  Thank you God, thank you very much!

You cant catch my Fast Five take on Hollywood 411 on TV Guide Sunday April 24 8/7c

Where to start? I knew 2011 was going to bring grandiose things, but I had no idea just how amazing it would turn out to be.

I’m thrilled to announce my new permanent gig as host of MSN’s Last Night on TV! We watch the best shows on the tube and break down the good parts just for you!  Click on the picture to go directly to the show.  I’m super excited about it because I’m not only hosting the show, I’m contributing creatively by picking clips and writing intros.  I love being involved behind the scenes as well.   Puttin that J-school education to good use 😉 More to come soon but wanted to keep you all in the know!
